·       Within India: Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 4–8 Business Days

Dispatch Timelines

Each product will be generally dispatched within the estimated timeline mentioned on the product page. In case of any delay due to operational difficulties or courier partner delays, our team will notify you promptly via email or WhatsApp.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment status in real time.

Delivery Partners

We work with reputed courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC to ensure your package reaches you safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delays & Exceptions

While we stick for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, courier disruptions, or festive seasons). H&D Kids is not liable for such external delays but will assist you in tracking your order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. H&D Kids is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

·       International: Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

·       Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, festivals, courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
