Refund policy

India (Domestic Orders)

·       Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

·       Size exchange is available if the requested size is in stock.

·       Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

·       An unboxing video and clear photos are required for verification.

·       Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

·       Returns or exchanges for color, design preference, or change of mind are not accepted.

·       Approved requests will be processed as a replacement or store credit, subject to product availability.

·       Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or the payment method used for the purchase).

·       Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

·       Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Outside India (International Orders)

·       Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

No reverse pickup outside India—please self-ship to our warehouse (address on the returns page).
